	3.	Once you submit your registration form, in a matter of seconds or minutes, you will be recieving your Serial number, copy it fully, from your e-mail and close your OUTLOOK!
	4.	At the setup process; you will be required to Paste the Serial number .

Download instructions:

Once you clicked submit, you will see this window:

Click "Run" to automatically download and install TEAMeeting on your computer. Click "Save to disk" to choose where you want TEAMeeting to be saved on your computer or "next" for the default. Once the download is over (few minutes or less!) double click the TEAMeeting file to install, read the end-user agreement before installing TEAMeeting. You will be asked to enter your name, company and serial number, copy and paste your serial number from the e-mail you got from us. Make sure to SHUT DOWN YOUR OUTLOOK, AND RESTART IT AGAIN AFTER THE INSTALATION PROCESS TO UPLOAD THE SOFTWARE!!!

How do I know if I have installed the TEAMeeting properly?

TO CHECK IF THE SOFTWARE IS PROPERLY INSTALLED JUST SET UP A RECURRENT MEETING/ RECURRING APPOINTMENT USING YOUR MS OUTLOOK, and see if you have the TEAMeeting icon at the top of the page. If you do you can now activate your new meetings software.

TO START RUNNING MEETINGS AND ACTIVATE THE SOFTWARE, CLICK THE TEAMEETING ICON WHICH YOU WILL FIND AT THE TOP OF THE MS APPOINTMENT SETUP SCREEN click ok at the password window,

AND SEND.

OPEN YOUR NEW MEETING FROM YOUR CALENDAR, CLICK THE TEAMEETING TAB:

NOW YOU SEE THE MAIN TEAMEETING SCREEN; ON THE LOWER RIGHT SIDE CLICK THE HELP BUTTON FOR ALL STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS.
