NO, It works with Microsoft Windows 2000/2000professional/XP Microsoft Outlook 2000/2002/XP (integrated with MS Office)

  3. Every few minutes I am getting an Outlook warning, telling me that a program is trying to access my e-mail address book; what should I do?
When retrieving appointments, opening calendar/task folders, sending e-mail/phone messages, creating new appointments, and sending meeting requests, this message is displayed by Outlook and Exchange Central cannot continue until the user answers "Yes". This applies to Outlook 98/ 2000 and Outlook 2002 with the Outlook Security Update patch, which was released early June, 2000, and with outlook XP. The primary reason for this update is to stop script-based viruses, such as the one called ILOVEYOU. Unfortunately, the update also affects TEAMeeting (and other applications') legitimate attempt to access the address book. For more information on the Microsoft Outlook Security Update, please go to Outlook Help.

The warning can be turned off for 10 minutes at a time, which is usually enough when using TEAMeeting©. The only way you can avoid the message all together, is to install the administrative tools for the Outlook E-mail Security Update, see outlook help.
