TEAMeeting is the software for managing work and team meetings.

The CEO & CFO will set up a "material disclosure" channel; the channel will provide for a communication procedure and prompt review for "all material information" financial and NON-FINANCIAL information. The channel is implemented by the use of TEAMeeting Method & Software ™ (TM).

At any work or team meeting the manager, using TM, will be expected to send any material information directly from the meeting to the "Disclosure Report File".

The CEO & CFO (or their agent) will review promptly all disclosure reports and determine if and how such materials should be addressed.Several times a year the effectiveness of this procedure will be reviewed and documented.

On going Team meetings will be held with TM across the organization on a recurrent basis with a frequency of not less than twice a month. Each member will be able and expected to add topics for discussion to any future meeting. The system is open and accessible to all members of the team at any time directly from their desk/lap top.

Beyond the on going operational team discussions and decisions, all issues that need to be considered or reviewed for disclosure evaluation by the CEO & CFO, will be forwarded to the "Disclosure File" by a TEAMeeting© issue CC procedure.

Disclosure issues for electronic and paper review are sent to the "Disclosure File" and to the CEO & CFO e-mails, as disclosure reports.
The CEO, CFO (and/or their agent) will review the disclosure reports promptly, and address it as they see fit, their review and decision will be documented.
