The Software
TEAMeeting is a unique software for managing work meetings.
The software focuses on the actual process of
the team meetings: preparing the meetings,
managing the meetings, follow up meeting decisions and tasks
and keeping records of every meeting and every team.
The software follows the TEAMeeting method
closely. It does not try to replace the person; the team member, on the contrary, the software supports the TEAMeeting method with its assumption that with the right
structure the people are those who can make or break a system.
The software was developed to counteract the 90%
non-usable program features that many organizations
usually pay for but hardly use. TEAMeeting enforces
the methodological process. It gives options and
features to choose from that provide a preset
step-by-step process. By following it, teams are
targeted towards solutions and accountability;
therefore significantly increase their productivity.
MS Outlook© (2000-2002) provides the individual user
a perfectly integrated calendar, task and e-mail program.
However, neither Outlook nor other programs provide any
direct support to the process of the meeting.
TEAMeeting does so in complete harmony with Outlook
TEAMeeting Method&Software© addresses all the above method needs, we have developed a software program that integrates directly into the MS Outlook© (2000-2002 & XP).
It is easy to use and suitable for any work station or stand alone computer.

It does not require an exchange server or a server at all.
It can work with teams from the same organization or across organizations!
Once the TEAMeeting Method&Software© is downloaded to the
individual lap/desktop it becomes a tab at the top of the outlook window;
and works adjacent to the MS Outlook© program.
By one click a team meeting is created.
Once such team is created, a special unique window
is being formed for the meetings of this team; just the team members can see it;
ON THEIR OWN DESKTOP, NO NEED FOR WEB OR SERVER!!
