Dr. Raphael Ben-Dror
Dr. Ben-Dror leverages his 25 years of worldwide organizational consultancy in different leadership roles he took upon himself since 1995. Dr. Ben-Dror received his Doctorate in Organizational Development from the University of Massachusetts and was a faculty member of Haifa University in Israel. As a consultant he worked with hi-tech, financial, non-profit and public corporations internationally. Dr. Ben-Dror transformed his management expertise to secure funds for several companies from private investors as well as VCs. and developed companies in the US and Israel. He was the founder of a leading e-commerce site in Israel, was the CEO of net2gether Inc.
His many years of managing, teaching, consulting and helping companies streamline their resources towards their goals, lead him to develop management efficiency tools. Some of which are capsulated in his Meeting Management method- TEAMeeting, that lately became known as TEAMeeting Software and Service; Dr. Ben-Dror continues consulting to companies in Israel and internationally.
Mr. Dror Shmerling
Dror Shmerling bridges the gap between technology and business. Dror is a software engineer (Technion Israel) with a business degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst (MBA). He worked in the IT department of large companies like AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Philips Electronics as well as for small innovative start-ups For the last 12 years Dror works as an independent consultant, guiding business in the adaptation and deployment of technology.
Mr. Shmerling is also a lecturer at the Isenberg School of management where he teaches introductory classes to Information management and the foundation of data analysis and business modeling.
Dr. Shirley Shmerling
Dr. Shirley Shmerling has been teaching in the Isenberg School of Management for several years. Her primary research focus has been in the areas of Information Technology, virtual teaming, and online education. Dr. Shmerling advises entrepreneurs and small businesses in the area of strategy, operations, technology, and e-marketing.
